Our mission is the pursuit of top-shelf hospitality for the highly discerning patron. We pride ourselves on our inventory comprising vintage champagnes, single malts, and seasonal cocktails, featuring highly sought-after and valuable liquors handpicked and directly procured from around the globe, as well as our ability to provide the perfect drink for any patron’s needs. Our deep and personal understanding of the context in which our patrons visit our establishment which enables us to propose the perfect drink before an order is even placed is key to realizing this top-shelf hospitality.
Beginning with “taste”, the five senses change and evolve in accordance with the times in which we live. We continuously pay close attention to our patrons’ respective lifestyles and constantly push ourselves to undertake the risks and challenges necessary to strive for perfection.
Liquor
Our eclectic stock of rare and high-quality liquors boasts such highly sought-after gems as aged Gordon & MacPhail Speymalt Macallan whiskies and carefully selected champagnes such as Jacques Selosse Initial. Our handcrafted cocktails using only the freshest and finest fruits are especially popular with our female patrons.
Spatial Presentation
Traditional “karakami” paper from the 400-year-old Karacho in Kyoto is arranged in shapes reminiscent of kites and paper lanterns, the doors are adorned in the works of René Lalique, and the interior is darkened to the exact level in which the liquor alone can shine in the perfectly placed lighting, allowing for the presentation of an extraordinary visual and spatial experience. Music stringently selected by the owner himself flows through top of the line JBL speakers, further enhancing the carefully crafted relaxed and calming atmosphere.
Glassware
In order to ensure optimal enjoyment of not only our carefully-selected liquors, but the sense of luxury of the experience itself, we have procured only the finest selection of top-shelf glassware, such as items by Baccarat and Lalique. Most of our glassware comes from overseas, and some are rare antiques. Treat yourself to a little slice of the high life.
